We work from your actual unit layout. No generic templates, no pre-drawn pitches.

Transparent From Hour One

Material ranges, lead times, and price bands are shared openly in the first session. No quote inflation later.

What to Bring

Your floor plan (PDF or image), a few reference images of styles you love, your move-in target date, and a rough budget band. That is enough to make the first session productive.

What You Leave With

An initial concept sketch, recommended collection direction, a curated material short-list, indicative pricing by zone, and a written next-step plan — typically within five working days.

Where We Meet

At our Singapore showroom, on-site at your unit, or via video call. We adapt to your stage — handover not collected yet is fine, we work from the developer drawing.
